Marie required a complete mentoring program which focussed heavily on creating a sales and marketing strategy for the company, plus one to one sales coaching and training for Marie, so she would be more confident in her selling skills, be able to manage the sales of the company and her sales team more effectively.

We initially worked together on a 29 hr coaching program where Marie was given the space away from the day to day running of the business to focus on her sales and gain clarity.
Sales have increased in the company and the company has obtained further exposure nationally as Marie recently featured on the Dragons Den Program on RTE TV. The company has recently won a central distribution contract with Supervalu
Marie is currently working with Tina in a consultancy contract. -
