Problem & Solutions
The Community required a food production incubation Kitchen (a food pod) required for a community project to help small start-up businesses, food entrepreneurs and help increase tourism and employment in the region.
Tina was contracted to carry out an in-depth feasibility study lasting 5 days. Where she engaged with local authorities Limerick business owners, enterprise agencies, schools, community and heritage groups, food entrepreneurs, local businesses, and food markets and food manufacturers in the region.
The feasibility study has now helped R.E.D.Z group secure some funding for the first phase of the project, so the project can move ahead to the next stage.
R.E.D.Z are currently seeking funding to engage Tina’s on a consultancy contract for the second phase of their project
